Study Phase:

• Initial study of the customer requirements
• Customer advise and orientation service
• Documents of the final requirements of the customer
• Personalization of the solution according to the peculiarity of the project and customer

• Establishment of timing and delivery & schedule

Implementation Phase:

• The coordinator assigns the tasks of contents in function to the theme and requirements.

• If necessary the translator does the translation of the text that is pertinent of the chosen languages.
• After the quality control filter has been completed the supervisor turns it over the client.
